REFUND POLICY
At Spin City (hereinafter referred as “Spin City”, “We”, “Our”), We are committed to providing our customers (hereinafter referred as “Users”) with a fair and transparent gaming experience. However, we also understand that exceptional circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation of services may be warranted.
General Policy
As Our services are consumed instantly when games are played, we generally cannot provide refunds or reversals of payments once transactions have been processed and completed. This no refund policy applies to all games, services, and products offered through the Spin City platform.
By using Our services, Users agree not to dispute, abandon, chargeback or reverse any transactions that have been finalized. Attempting to do so may result in account suspension or termination. Chargebacks and reversals negatively impact Our business, and we reserve the right to take legal action in response to fraudulent disputes or chargebacks filed.
Additionally, Spin City does not provide refunds due to User mistakes, misunderstandings of game rules, betting outcomes, changing of minds, or any reasons other than a technical error or malfunction on Our end. User's remorse is not grounds for a refund.
We encourage Users to carefully review game rules, odds, and betting slips prior to confirming their bets or purchases. Bets placed voluntarily cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exceptions
In limited cases, Spin City may consider refund requests due to technical errors or malfunctions that negatively impacted the User experience through no fault of the User. Some examples include:
• Bets placed due to a technical glitch or error by the system
• Interruption of services during active gameplay due to server outage
• Incorrect balance/credits displayed due to a technical issue
• Bets placed while account was compromised due to security breach
In such exceptional cases, Spin City will evaluate the circumstances and may choose to provide a refund at its sole discretion. Supporting evidence such as bet history and timing of the error may be requested.
Refunds will only be considered for incidents that occurred through no error or intent by the User. User mistakes, misunderstandings of game rules or outcomes, or changing of minds do not warrant a refund.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund due to a technical error, Users must contact Spin City Customer Support within 24 hours of the incident occurring. A detailed explanation of the issue and circumstances should be provided.
Spin City will investigate each refund request and responds with a decision in a timely manner. If approved, refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the transaction in question. Multiple refunds for a single User will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to Refund Policy
Spin City reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes that may impact refund eligibility or options.
